- Personally I recommend you have all important documents notarised. Here "important documents" means the direct evidence to the support points you have claimed. As per others, having them translated could be an economical solution.

- In theory, all documents you submit must be either notarised or translated. I can't tell you how to have them translated, but I don't think you have to submit so many files to prove the genuineness and stability either. Monthly statements with mutual residential address (such as credit cards, mobile phone and utility) are very strong evidence. If you can find some of them, just have them translated and submitted to INZ.

- You may (but not a must) to attach a personalised checklist in addition to the official one if it can better help you and others to categorise the files.

- To be honest, I can't see how much difference it makes to hire an immigration advisor versus to diy. The advisor will be giving you some advice (helpful or not) and doing some work on behalf of you.

aiy的话是否就是从NZ移民局下载材料然后备齐交上就可以？
- You can refer to the application guide and the invitation letter after you pass the preliminary assessment on your EOI.

还有就是关于犯罪记录，我老公5年时间在英国不知该怎么提供？
- Email the public security authority in UK and they are meant to tell you how you can acquire the certificate.

我们应该是独立申请还是家庭申请比较好？

1、申请时有短缺职业加分的话，一定要与这项职业相关？这个相关性由谁来提供证明？雇主？
- In the application guidance, INZ will resume to process and finalise your application once you have secured a role that meets the requirements of skilled employment, so it doesn't seem you are restricted from hunting a job that is not fully aligned with the occupation you have claimed points from. In reality, however, with the absence of relevant educational background and work experience, you are very unlikely to get an offer which can meet the requirements of "skilled employment". You are the one who will be accountable for providing evidence but apparently you can ask for some help from the employer.

2、年薪是否有要求？我看到貌似要5万NZD以上？
- 45k per annum at the minimum but it should also be aligned with the market value depending on the role you secure and the duties you undertake. For instance, 45k p.a. is no doubt underrated if you claim to have got an ICT manager's role.

3、为何很多新西兰本地公司不愿意做担保转PR？
- Understandably, the integrity issue such as dishonesty and cheats.

4、转PR时貌似需要工作满3个月？
- You can inform INZ once you have secured the role, but your immigration officer is entitled to a reasonable deferral in processing your case.

5、工作性质必须是permanent吗？
- It must be ongoing and sustainalbe. Please refer the application guide for more details.

6、找job时，公司是否需要出具找不到本地人的声明？
- This should not be on your plate.

7、转PR时是跟给visa的国内brach联系呢还是在国外直接找总部联系？
- You have to inform your case officer of the status update.

8、移民局如何认可该工作？需要公司老板出具什么证明？
- No idea.

9、NZ本地公司是否会对这种员工有任何就业歧视？
- No, at least to my knowledge.

- 过去十年内你居住超过6个月的地方都需要开具，如果你在上海工作但未超过10年，则两地都需要开具无刑事犯罪记录证明。

2. 我的本科学士学位的学校不在豁免清单里，你认为我应该先做PAR还是直接做IQA呢？国内正规大学（宁波大学）的本科及学士学位在IQA认证中被验证成低于L7的可能性大吗？
- 如果分数够的可以直接做IQA，一般正式大学的学士学位被认证成L7以下的可能性微乎其微，更多人是因为评估出来的专业不符而感到苦恼。

关于国内的无犯罪记录公证，各地市公证处的要求各不相同，以我当时所在城市的公证处为例，公证书上写的是从出生以来未有刑事犯罪记录（可以认为在全中国大陆范围内），但公安局开出来的原件写明了时间及辖区。不过，由于公安局的辖区基本由个人户口绑定，所以如果你一直以为都没有把户口迁出至其他城市，我认为你的情况有机会只需要在户口所在地办理即可。然而，鉴于国内“有关部门”的信用和办事水平参差不齐，是否需要在多个地方的公安局开具无犯罪记录原件，最有说服力的仍然是公证处的工作人员。

- No, you may not. The bachelor's degree is not replaceable with a higher one in that case.

- I'm sorry to say that it does make sense in the NZQA educational hierachy. You may challenge why a lower degree is not replaceable with a higher one, while in some western countries, it is unacceptable that someone who claims to hold the master degree has not gained sufficient credits in his/her undergraduate stage, and unfortunately (to you), NZ is one of them. Your master's degree is not recognised in meeting the requirements defined in LTSSL unless you can prove you have gained sufficient "relevant" credits during your undergraduate study, which means your bachelor's degree is relevant and compatable to your computer-related master's degree.

- Assuming you can secure a job offer, you are more than likely to acquire your residency. However, the job offer is not the only dependency that determines the outcome of your application. It is a long story and I recommend you read the articles carefully to find your answer there.

- Read the articles first before raising your question, or if you are not willing to waste your time on them, you may ask one of the licensed immigration advisors for assistance.

如果真想申请的话，粗略估算最多可以补贴税前200刀/周，但work and income会根据你们的资产（现金+非现金，不包括个人日常使用的资产）情况来决定是否受理或是否补贴多少，很多情况下land owner（特别是最近新买地买房的）很容易被质疑是否具备申请的资格。
